Prior to starting Srisaa, he worked for the SAP Labs India, AztecSoft, TriVium and Tech Mahindra. His major experience is in the field of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Automation and Call Center Services. During his associations with these verticals and organizations he has been responsible for sales, service delivery and business as P&L head. He brings a very rich experience in start-up organizations and a very strong Service delivery culture. His experience in IT/ITES space in past years has been in setup, management team recruitment, process management and improvement, client relationship and profitability management.

With 6 years experience in Manufacturing and Business Development and 4 years experience in IT Industry working as Business Analyst for different projects in Marketing Automation and Fashion Industry, Lalitha brings strong understanding of end-user needs and fills the GAP between the User Needs and Developer Understanding.

A Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant with more than Eleven Years of Experience across verticals like Manufacturing, FMCG, IT & ITES. Had the privilege of enjoying key responsibilities and leading teams in a wide spectrum of roles in the Finance function. To mention some of them, have been involved in every stage of Finance and MIS, Accounts, Treasury, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Insurance and Budgeting, apart from Auditing. To support functional expertise, also have hands-on experience in the implementation of ERPs such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials and Analysis tools.
